We would love all of our customers to be totally in love with their new Egyptian Cotton sheets. If your new sheets aren’t quite what you expected though, you are more than welcome to return them for a refund or replacement. This excludes sale or discounted items unless faulty.
All you need to do is advise us by email within 7 days of receiving them. Your sheets must then be posted back to us within 30 days, in brand new, unused and original condition with tags still attached. Once we receive and inspect it for the requirements above, we will provide you with a refund minus any shipping that we paid for your original delivery.
Please ensure you contact us via email prior to returning your item.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of being received and restocked by our warehouse. Return postage of products is not refundable unless the product is deemed faulty (See Faulty, Incorrect or Defective Goods). We will, however, post any replacement sheets to you free of charge.
For your peace of mind, we advise that you send your return parcel by registered post in a Pre-paid Australia Post Satchel. (Most of our sheets fit in a 3kg Pre-paid Australia Post Satchel.)
Registered, traceable satchels cover you in the rare event that your return is lost by Australia Post. If this happens and you are able to email us the tracking number and we can see that Australia Post has lost your package, then we will still issue a refund or complete an exchange as per the returns/exchange policies. However, if you are unable to provide us with the tracking number as evidence that the package was lost in transit, we are unable to complete the refund/exchange.
Note: Under the health act pillows are non-refundable unless faulty and sheets must be unused.
