All of our orders are shipped for free.
Once payment for your order has been received, we will pack and post your item/s. This usually takes around 2-3 business days. Once we have shipped your order you will received a shipping confirmation from us via email containing your package tracking number. You can track your package using Australia Post tracking system.
Your item should arrived within a few business days. Please note we post from a county location. Australia Post has a varying shipping time. For more information check Australia Post parcel shipping times.

In an event that you received a faulty, incorrect or defective item, just email us immediately to let us know what happened. We handle this items like we do with returns but we cover all postage costs so long as the return package comes in a red and white Pre-paid Australia Post Satchel (NOT Express Post). Almost all our products can fit in a 3kg or 5kg Pre-paid Australia Post Satchel.
We honour up to $20 postage cost responsibility for return shipping. This can accommodate both 3kg and 5kg prepaid satchel.
Our customer’s satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your new Sheets let us know and we will process a return or refund of the item (see below for details). On sale or discounted items are not included unless it’s incorrect or defective.
In case of return please contact us to initiate the transaction not more than 7 days after you have received the item. Your sheets must be posted back to us within 30 days, unused, with tags attached and in original condition. Upon receipt of your returned items we will examine the product. If it meets the above criteria, the refund will be processed. Refunds are calculated less applicable shipping fees we paid on the original delivery. (we do not cover the return postage cost)
Make sure to let us know via email, before returning your item.
Please allow up to 7 days after all refunds are processed. This is the estimated time needed to receive and restock our warehouse. We only honour refund of return postage if the product is defective. See Faulty, Defective or Incorrect product. All replacements are shipped for free.
Most of our Sheets fit in a 3kg or 5kg Pre-paid Australia Post Satchel. We advise that you send your return package by registered post using a red and white Pre-paid Australia Post Satchel. (NOT Express Post)
This way you are able to track your package. In any event that your package was lost in transit by Australia Post just email us the tracking number to verify the claim. If there is proof that Australia Post lost your package we will still issue a refund or complete an exchange of your item. If however you are unable to provide us with the tracking number, then we will not be able to issue a refund or an exchange.
Note: Provision under heath act specifies that the bed sheets be unopened/unused and in original packaging, otherwise they are unable to be returned.
If you are not happy with the colour of your Sheets, we will welcome an exchange or refund. We have outlined detailed instructions to follow on how to return your item.
Please note, for exchange and return items:
- Email us to lets us know you are returning your item not more than 7 days after you have received it.
- Items bought on sale or discount and pillows are not included in this policy unless faulty.
- The item must be returned in same condition as it was shipped to you.
- Your Sheets must be in original condition, brand new, unused, and with all tags still attached.
- Shipping for exchanges is payable by the customer
